We believe that the role of Universal Tape is to bridge the gap between the desire to be able to do something on your own and the actual range of motion.
By wrapping the tape around the device and shaping it to fit your range of motion, we hope to increase the number of things you can do on your own. Even during the development stage, we held workshops with people who needed assistive devices.
Many ideas were born, such as customizing the spoon by attaching a pen cap to it to make it easier to use, or using it to make things easier to hold.
